Okay, I'm really exited about putting this up.

Today, the 13th of December (It's exactly midnight as I am
uploading this) is when I first met my boyfriend two years ago.
It's the day that changed my life completely, and I am just SO thankful for all of this.
He means everything to me. And he always has.

This is for you, Marcel.
I love you.

This is gonna be quite a surprise, since I made him believe
I'm still completely stuck in my artblock and am unable to
draw. I hope I have been a good actor. :'D

I have been working on this every single free minute since Monday. That's a total of about 50 hours. I have never (!)
before worked on a piece this long and I have never before
been so proud of any piece. I really hope he's going to like it when I show him after school. I'm going to print this out
nicely on one of my schools' awesomesauce printers.

I believe that this is my best piece yet. If this is what you
get after a 6-moth-artblock, I certainly need more
artblocks. :'D

By the way, what light source provides the warm yellow light? It seems to be coming from the camera's direction, but maybe it is just ambience and I am misinterpreting it.

HOOOOOLY FUCK. I'm sorry, I swear when my mind is blown. How is this possible? This is amazing. If anybody could criticize this work, I'd dread to imagine what they could find wrong with it. I have always been a real sucker for art that uses light in magical and amazing ways. The thing that sets this apart as a fine piece of art is that not only is is beautiful, it's the kind of beautiful that you can just stare at for minutes at a time, inspecting every gorgeous detail, every blade of grass and mushroom and vine and little floating sparkle. I seriously have not seen better on this site. Congratulations, you are an art master.
